From Whaley Products, Incorporated  Glycol to Water Chillers allow the processor to fill batch tanks at two separate temperatures. The Packaged outdoor chiller is rejecting heat outside. All the water is inside the plant. The water loop can be potable water, brine water, or high particulate dirty process water. Water pumps can be stainless steel or material that is compatible with the process water. The glycol/water heat exchanger completely isolates the glycol loop from the water(process) loop, so clients have the satisfaction of knowing that glycol will never come in contact with their critical fluid. Below you will see a typical layout and flow diagram of a glycol to water chiller heat transfer system where the customer needed to maintain different temperatures in the 2 separate batches.    |
